These installations are among the first for ShadeFla in the Colorado area.
The sails are both Sun Square retractable systems and are custom made. One sail is located in an outdoor patio area on the first floor of the residence. It covers a sitting area, fire pit and an outdoor kitchen countertop equipped with a barbeque. The other sail is located on a upper level balcony that overlooks a mountain landscape. Ideally, the sails provide shade and make the outdoor area cooler and more enjoyable, especially during the hot summer months. In addition, the sails contribute to the flawless architectural design maintained by the house and allow the residents to observe the tranquil, majestic scenery offered by the location of the property.
